Increasing Inbound Links with Artemis Pro
By make money
I’ve been searching for a while on how to increase traffic to my sites, and more importantly how to do it in an efficient manner. Yesterday I purchased Artemis Pro to increase inbound links to this site and starting watching the included tutorials. This is one thing I really like about James stuff so far. He shows you how to use it.
Once you do the initial setup of your articles to send out, the process is effortless. The software checks to make sure you did everything right even before you send it. This is a nice feature to me because I always hesitate before hitting the send button on a large mail out. Its a wide spread sometimes if there is a mistake in there.
Now the scary part is the waiting. If what was supposed to happen, did in fact happen, then I just did more to promote my site in one day then I have done to others in a couple of weeks. One by one articles, is a slow and painfull process. It is encouraging to see that James has “muscle” behind his claims. I mean the guy sells high ranking sites all the time like they are nothing and a renewable source of income for him! If he can do it, I am willing to follow his advice.
Right now this site is at 1,670,250 on the Alexa. The date is May 30, 2006. I am going to work James software as he suggests over the next couple of weeks on this site. I will follow his instructions to the letter and fill my ezine send out list and not only rely on his internal list. I feel really positive about this software, and I also trust James.
I will do an update every couple of weeks on how the software has effected the site traffic, income earned and links pointing in. So far I would like to say “great job” on delivering an easy to set up product with great support.
I’ll keep you posted.

Today I spent about an hour looking through directories to get emails of ezine editors to add to my external list of contacts. While you can use the internal list included with Artemis Pro, the more resources you can reach yourself, the more sites that have your articles. Know what? I hate looking around and wasting time looking for something that can be bought. If I get paid $70/hour to do what I do, then why would I look around for 3 hours collecting emails when I can buy them for $40 ish. So thats the plan. I will go buy a list of ezine author emails and use the efficient approach.

I bought a list, the DOE or Directory of Ezines. It is a real time saver compaired to looking all over the internet for emails, but still takes a heck of a lot of time to put the info in the ezines.txt file in artemis pro. I’m sure that I will learn something cool from having to do this….like that I should pay someone $10/hour to do it instead of me…
The good thing is that once the file is set up you are rocking! Lets face it, if it was too easy then everyone and thier dog would be able to send out crap articles and soar up the rankings. There has to be SOME work involved so that us 365′ers get an advantage!

Hmmmm it is the 6/6/6 day! What does that mean, I have no idea. But as an update, you can see that my Alexa rank has gone to 962,233. I have been promoting my fitness website for ever and results havnt come nearly as fast as they have for this site. I have been adding more ezine contact names and topics to my external ezine list to send articles to and it is starting to grow to a nice size.
One thing that seems to work well for generating traffic is to ask an author that submits an article to me, if I can send one to them, and if they answer yes, I add them to the artemis pro list and they will recieve an email from me when I write on that topic specific to them.
How is my adsense doing on this site? Well, I’m here writing about artemis pro instead of at the office, so its doing fine by me!

As you can see, my alexa is at 629,118. Dont know much about alexa but it seems Artemis Pro is doing something. It could be doing alot more as soon as I learn how to get my smtp thing a ma bob working so I can send out to a custom list of ezines. I got some hot articles that are cooling out here!

[...] Things are going good with my artemis pro campaign. I’m kind of stuck with the smtp thing though. You can use the internal list of ezine authours to send your articles to, but your own personalized list gets sent out through an SMTP server. [...]
